Kansas-born, Heath Elliott is a food service assistant at Peace Health – Riverbend In Springfield, OR  With a penchant for hand talking and an over-reliance on caffeinated beverages. He has, at various points in his life, owned a restaurant delivery service & volunteered for Kiwanis club.
