“What if.....”

Those are the 2 words that  have lead Joshua in his life and career paths thus far.  This attitude and approach to challenges, opportunities and forks in the road delivered him to a very unique set of experiences that had even more unique job titles connected to them.  From Cruise Director to Chief Fun Officer, Joshua has been fortunate to have gained massive experience in various Industries spanning the globe.  

A degree from The College of New Jersey in Spanish Language and Literature was very closely followed by another major in Music and a love of all things performance and anything that involved a stage...with him on it.

Joshua started his Hospitality and Entertainment career as a performer in Theme Parks in 1993.  He left for the sea as a Cruise Director in 1998 and became the youngest Cruise Director in Carnival Cruise Lines history.  This was then followed up with a 10 year career in World Class Resorts and Hotels as the Industry tried to bring the powerful and revenue influential role of a Cruise Director to land based resorts.  Joshua lead the charge with this concept, eventually taking it to the Vacation Ownership realm overseeing a portfolio of International Resorts designing programming that increased Guest satisfaction and turned the Activities/Entertainment departments into more profitable business units. He took his ideas and concepts Independant in 2013 and has been consulting and developing programming for organizations ever since.
